The report—”The New Rules of Engagement: Measuring the Power of Social Currency“—highlights huge gaps between what companies believe is engaging and the reality for the online audiences that they are trying to reach. In doing so, it offers some immediate steps for achieving higher rates of engagement in marketing campaigns.
